Memorial Day Weekend Visitors

Happy Thursday Everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful holiday weekend that was relaxing and full of fun. I know we did!
Tye's dad Jeff and his wife, Kathy came up to Vancouver for a visit this past weekend. The weekend was packed full of lots of super fun outings. On Saturday we traveled to the Tillamook Cheese Factory (What else would we do when people come to visit?) and then up the coast, spending a lot of the time in Seaside, Oregon. It was a blast. Sunday we headed North to Seattle and spent Sunday and Monday having fun there. Pike Place Market and the Boeing Museum of Flight were among some of our stops.
Here are some photos to enjoy:

Jeff and Kathy enjoying some good ol' Pacific Northwest Seafood at Pike Place Market.

The food got a definite "WOW" from Jeff........

We were waiting in this LONG line for some of the best doughnuts ever!

Jeff and Kathy enjoying the fresh and wonderful Daily Dozen Doughnut Company Doughnuts.

Tye and Jeff enjoying the doughnuts also. They are soo good and soo worth standing in line for!

We ate dinner at a cafe' and wine bar called Purple. It was really cool and really trendy. They did flights of wine, which is a sampler for all who are wondering. This was Tye's flight. It was called the Tour of Italy.

My cutey husband and his awesome rib dinner at Purple.

We were all really sad at the size of our desserts. I had banana cream truffles and Tye and Kathy both had Creme' Brulee. It was soo good!

Jeff kept trying to take Kathy's dessert so eventually she just took it and ate with her back turned to the table. It was a survival instinct.
