Hey all. This picture says it all. It really says the reason why I haven't been on our blog in a while. You guessed it. We started camp this week. On Sunday, 265 5th and 6th graders rolled into UCYC to kick off our 2009 summer camp season. It was great to spend the week with these kids. We are doing a ninja theme this year called 'Strike of the Thunderkick Tiger'. The theme really talks about Jesus being the Master of our lives and how He teaches us to love and serve others. It was so cool to watch the kids in worship and to see them interact with Scripture. What a blessing it is to be a part of this ministry. Next week we have our biggest camp ever..........315 people!!! Be praying for us as we try to connect these kids to God.
